SPECIFICATIONS

CONSTRUCTION

  • Door leaf from 1.2 mm thick clip coated pre-galvanized steel sheet.
  • Zinc coating 120-180 g/m2. Lock formed panels with internal stiffeners, 3.0mm.
  • Thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mountin plated and lock protection.
  • Shutter Thickness – 45 mm.
  • Door frame form 1.6 mm thick Pre-galvanized steel sheet with mitred and welded comers, frame stretchers, hinges reinforcing plates, fixing plates and hardware mounting plates.
  • Frame Size : 100 x 58 mm (Single Rebite)
  • 143 x 58 mm (Double Rebite)

 


Core Materials : Door leaf filled with either Rock wool or Honeycomb. In fill dependant on duty.

Finish : Power coated surface.

Frame Assembly : Welded construction with frame spreaders. Bolted frame construction.

Knock : Down frame construction for wrap ground frames.

Fire Resistant : Up to 2 hours fire resistance in accordance with BS 476 Part 22 dependant on Construction

Size : Up to 3000 mm high and 3000 mm wide subject to test data limitations.
