• Door Leaf from 1.0 mm thick slip coated pre-galvanized steel sheet. Zinc coating 120 – 180 g/m2. Lock formed panels with internal stiffeners, 3.0 mm thick hinge reinforcing, hardware mounting plated and lock protection.
• Shutter Thickness – 45 mm.
• Door frame form 1.2 mm thick pre-galvanized steel sheet with mitre and welded comers, frame stretchers, hinges reinforcing plates, fixing plates and hardware mounting plates.
