- Manufactured to USFDA, WHO, and CGMP compliance standards
- Door leaf from 1.0mm thick slip-coated pre-galvanized steel sheet
- PUF (polyurethane foam) or honeycomb core, selected by duty
- Powder-coated surface, or 304-grade stainless steel for high-hygiene areas
Door leaf from 1.0mm thick slip-coated pre-galvanized steel sheet, with a 1.2mm thick pre-galvanized steel door frame featuring mitred and welded corners, frame stretchers, hinge reinforcing, and fixing plates.
120–180 g/m² zinc coating on lock-formed panels with internal stiffeners (3.0mm thick), and an overall shutter thickness of 45mm.
PUF (polyurethane foam) or honeycomb core, dependent on duty. Powder-coated surface finish, or 304-grade stainless steel.
Welded construction with frame spreaders; bolted or knock-down frame construction available.
