Fire Rated Doors
Fire-rated doors from Doorwin offer a beautiful, affordable alternative to generic fire doors. Combining design flexibility with a full range of fire-rated labelling options, our fire doors provide the performance modern projects require without sacrificing aesthetics. Prepared in fire-resistant levels up to 2 hours, our doors are tested and certified.

Door leaf from 1.2mm thick clip-coated pre-galvanized steel sheet, with 120–180 g/m² zinc coating on lock-formed panels with 3.0mm internal stiffeners. Overall shutter thickness of 45mm, with hinge reinforcing for hardware mounting plates and lock protection.
1.6mm thick pre-galvanized steel frame with mitred and welded corners, frame stretchers, hinge reinforcing, and fixing plates. Frame size 100 × 58mm (single rebate) or 143 × 58mm (double rebate). Welded construction with frame spreaders; bolted or knock-down construction for wraparound frames.
Rockwool or honeycomb core, with infill dependent on duty. Powder-coated surface finish.
Up to 2 hours of fire resistance in accordance with BS 476 Part 22, dependent on construction. Certified by CBRI (Central Building Research Institute) and BFRC.
Fitted with fire-rated panic bar / push bar hardware as standard, with optional vision panels for compartmentalized areas.
Available as DWFR 01 (red), DWFR 02 (blue), and DWFR 03 (grey) single leaf doors, and DWFR 04 (grey) and DWFR 05 (red) double leaf doors with vision panels.
Up to 3000mm high × 3000mm wide, subject to test data limitations.
